  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • fresh parsley to garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425°F/220°C and line a baking sheet pan with parchment paper.
  • Wash and cut the carrots equal in size.
  • Add them to a bowl and toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  • Transfer the carrots to the baking sheet and arrange them in a single layer.
