These keto cheese chips are a breeze to make, extra crunchy and need only 2 simple ingredients: shredded full-fat cheese of your choice and seasonings. Expect surprisingly tasty chips that are extremely versatile and dippable.

- seasonings: paprika, garlic powder, Italian seasoning

How to Make Keto Cheese Chips? Instructions
Keep an eye on the chips while they are baking because they turn very quickly from perfectly crispy crips to a burned mess.
Add seasonings to taste, but I think that the parmesan crisps are perfect with garlic powder, cheddar cheese with paprika powder and the cheese mix topped with jalapeno slices.
- Preheat the oven to 400F.
- Line a large baking sheet with baking paper.
- Place dollops (about one tablespoon each) of shredded cheese onto the baking sheet leaving enough space between each pile. They will spread while baking.
- Spread seasonings on each cheese crisp.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 4-6 minutes until the edges start to brown and the cheese chips look golden and crispy.
- Allow the cheese chips to cool down for a few minutes, then transfer to paper towels to soak up the excess fats. Enjoy!
- Store them in an airtight container for up to one week.
