  • 1 cup peanut butter salted
  • 6 tbsp Unsalted butter melted
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp Sea salt to taste
  • 2/3 cup sweetener
  • 2/3 cup Peanut flour no sugar added
  • 6 oz dark chocolate chips sugar-free

Instructions
 

  • Make The Peanut Butter Balls. Add the peanut butter, melted butter, vanilla Extract, and salt to a bowl and mix until creamy.
  • Add in the sweetener and peanut flour and mix until well combined.
  • If the mixture is too sticky, refrigerate it for 20 minutes to firm up.
  • Form the buckeyes using a small ice cream/cookie scoop. Shape the balls as needed using your hands, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Refrigerate the peanut butter balls for 10-15 minutes or until firm.

In the description it states almond flour but in the recipe it has peanut butter flour. I have peanut butter powder, but i have not seen peanut butter flour. Which of these do you use? Thanks

You have to use both peanut butter and peanut flour or peanut powder.
