My Keto Journey
After losing 30 lbs on the keto diet, I am proud to be on such a journey. I want to share with you the tips that make me stick to it and the fantastic recipes that made me feel in love with this way of eating.
Keto Diet is a nutritious lifestyle filled with joy, passion for nutrition and cooking. While at first it might seem complicated and may be overwhelming with a little dedication you get to understand the science behind it.
Just making the decision to cut refined carbs and eat more vegetables gave me so much energy, I felt less hungry and my anxiety episodes diminished.
I started by reading numerous Keto Books that thought me everything I know now about the low-carb high-fat way of eating.
The most important thing is that I learned to love my body, fuel it with real food and take care of the place I live in.
I’m sure I still have a lot to learn, I’m not a dietician or nutritionist.
