– Season the chicken breast with Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.

Place the chicken into the instant pot. Set the time for cooking for 10 minutes. Let the pressure naturally release for 10 minutes.

– Unplug the pressure cooker, drain half of the chicken broth and use two forks to shred the chicken.

– Transfer the shredded chicken to an airtight container and store it in the fridge until ready to use it.
