Ingredients
1lbground beef
1small onionchopped
3clovesgarlic minced
1small green bell pepperdiced
1(10 oz) can Rotel tomatoes
8ozcream cheese
2cupsbeef broth
1tbspolive oil
2tbsptaco seasoning
Salt and pepperto taste
Instructions
Place a large pot over medium heat, add the onion, garlic, and ground beef.
Brown the beef for 10 minutes or until the beef is cooked through.
Add the chopped green bell pepper (or jalapeno), diced tomatoes, cream cheese, and taco seasoning. Mix well until the cream cheese is well incorporated.
