–Preheat oven to 425°F/220°C and line a baking sheet pan with parchment paper. 

Wash and clean the carrots.

Cut the carrots equal in size.

– Add the to a bowl and toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper. – Transfer the carrots to the baking sheet and arrange them in a single layer

Bake for 20 minutes until they are tender when pierced with a fork. Serve warm, garnished with fresh chopped parsley.
