Keto Oreo Cheesecake



For the Oreo Crust – 1/3 cup coconut oil melted – 1 3/4 cups almond flour – 1/4 cup cocoa powder – 1/3 cup powdered sweetener For the Filling – 16 oz ounces cream cheese room temperature – 12 Keto Oreo Cookies chopped – 1 1/2 cups heavy cream – 1 cup powdered sweetener – 1 tsp vanilla extract

– Add all the ingredients for the crust to a food processor and process until well combined. The dough should come together, but it’s still a little crumbly.

Transfer the dough to the prepared pie dish and press it into an even layer.

Add the softened cream cheese, vanilla extract and sweetener to a large mixing bowl, and using an electric mixer, beat until smooth.

– In a separate mixing bowl, beat the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.

–Stir in the crushed keto Oreos Oreos until combined. –

– Pour the Oreo cheesecake batter onto the chocolate crust. Top with more cookies and refrigerate for at least 4-5 hours, best overnight.–
