– 2 cups mozzarella cheese – 3 ounces cream cheese – ¾ cup coconut flour – ½ tsp Italian seasoning – ¼ tsp onion powder – ½ tsp garlic  – ½ tsp xanthan gum – 1 tbsp baking powder – 2 egg

Add 2 cups of shredded mozzarella and cream cheese to a microwave-safe bowl .

– Add the remaining dough ingredients and mix with your hands until the dough forms.

– Roll between two pieces of parchment paper to 8 by 16 inches.

– Assemble the fathead pizza rolls.

– Bake for 25-30 minutes or until browned on the edges. – Allow to cool for about 10 minutes, then enjoy.
