– Make the keto apple pie filling.

–Transfer the filling into the prepared pie crust.

Roll the second crust dough and cut it into even strips using a pizza cutter.  Arrange strips in a lattice pattern over the top. Brush with egg wash. 

Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the crust looks golden brown.
