Instructions
Add the chocolate chips and melted coconut oil to a bowl and microwave for 30-second intervals until completely melted.
Wash the blueberries under cold water, then pat dry to remove any excess water.
Place the blueberries in the melted chocolate mixture, then stir everything.
Drop little clusters of blueberries onto a pan lined with parchment paper using a spoon.
Continue the process with the remaining blueberries and garnish with unsweetened coconut flakes.
Place the pan in the fridge for 20 minutes to harden.
