INGREDIENTS

– 4 large eggs room temperature – 1 cup full-fat Greek yogurt – 1/2 cup melted butter – 1 cup almond flour – 2/3 cup vanilla protein powder – 2/3 cup sweetener – 1 tsp vanilla extract – 1 1/2 tsp baking powder – 1/2 cup unsweetened chocolate chips

Line a muffin tray with silicone or paper muffin cups and preheat your oven to 350 F/180 C.

STEP 1

Add the eggs, yogurt, vanilla extract, and melted butter to a bowl.

STEP 2

Mix for 2 minutes until well combined.

STEP 3

Then add the almond flour, protein powder, sweetener, and baking powder.

STEP 4

Mix until there are no lumps.

STEP 5

Then fold in the chocolate chips using a silicone spatula.

STEP 6

Distribute the batter between the muffin liners.

STEP 7

Bake them for 15-18 minutes in the preheated oven.
