Keto Pumpkin Spice Latte

INGREDIENTS

– 1/4 cup pumpkin puree – 1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk – 1/4 cup granulated sweetener – 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice – 1 cup strong brewed coffee or 1/2 cup espresso – 1 keto whipped cream

Place a small saucepan over medium heat. Add the unsweetened almond milk and sweetener.

Add the pumpkin puree, cinnamon and pumpkin pie spice. Stir well and bring to a boil.

Prepare the coffee.

Remove from the heat and stir in the strong coffee.

Transfer to serving mug or glasses, and top with keto whipped cream.
