For Pavlova – 6 large egg whites  – 1 cup powdered sweetener – 2 tsp cornstarch – 1 tsp vinegar – 1 tsp vanilla extract Topping – Keto Whipped Cream – Fresh Berrie – Keto Lemon Curd

Beat the egg whites until soft peaks form for about 5 minutes.

– Gradually add the powdered sweetener and continue beating until glossy stiff peaks form.

Spread the meringue mixture into an 8-inch circle.

Transfer the pavlova to the oven and bake for 90 minutes.

Once completely cooled, top pavlova with whipped cream.

Add your favorite berries. Slice and enjoy!!
