– 8 tbsp unsalted butter cut into 1/2 inch piece – 1 cup sugar-free chocolate chips – 1/2 cup powdered sweetener – 1/4 cup almond milk

Chop the butter into small pieces and place it in a small saucepan over medium heat.

Add the chocolate chips and stir until completely melted.

Stir in sifted powdered sweetener and almond milk until well incorporated.

Pour the chocolate mixture into the prepared pan. Smooth the top using a rubber spatula.

Refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Cut the fudge into small pieces.
