Whisk the eggs, milk, brown sugar substitute, cinnamon, and vanilla extract until smooth and well combined.

Add the butter to a non-stick pan over medium heat.

Dip the bread slices into the egg mixture on both sides and let it soak for about 10-15 seconds.

Add the bread slices to the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side.

Serve immediately with your favorite toppings!!
