Add the egg yolks to a mixing bowl.

Mix them for three minutes until frothy to add air to the composition.

– Add the sweetener gradually over the egg yolk and mix until well combined. Then set aside.

In a saucepan, add the heavy cream, almond milk, cinnamon, and nutmeg over high heat. Bring to a boil.

Slowly incorporate the egg mixture. – Transfer the eggnog into a bowl and let it chill for about one hour to enhance the flavors.

– Enjoy with your favorite toppings.
