Keto Cinnamon Rolls

INGREDIENTS

– 3 cups mozzarella cheese  – 1 1/2 cups almond flour  – 2 oz cream cheese – 2 large eggs  – 2 tbsp granulated sweetener – 1 tsp baking powder – 1/4 cup butter melted – 1/3 cup brown sugar substitute Sukrin Gold or Swerve Brown Sugar – 1 tbsp cinnamon

1. In a small bowl, add the shredded mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Melt in the microwave.

2. Place the cheese mixture into a food processor bowl. Add the eggs, sweetener, almond flour, and baking powder. Pulse for 30 seconds or until the dough looks uniform.

3. Roll the dough. – Brush the dough with melted butter, then evenly sprinkle with the sugar substitute and cinnamon.

4&5. – Oil your hand to roll the dough into a log. Slice the log into 12 1-inch thick rolls.

6&7. – Place the rolls into a baking dish lined with parchment paper. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and crispy on the edges.

7&8. Make the frosting. Spread the frosting over cinnamon rolls and enjoy.
