Add all the dry ingredients in a bowl and whisk well.

STEPS 1&2

In a large bowl add the eggs, sweetener, vanilla extract, melted butter and whipping cream. Mix them well.

Combine the dry and wet ingredients until you get a smooth batter. Then add the blueberries,

Transfer the batter into the prepared loaf pan, then bake for about 45-50 minutes or until cooked through.

Make the lemon frosting. In a big bowl, cream together all the ingredients.

STEP 8

Spread the blueberry bread with lemon frosting and enjoy.
