– 3 tbsp sesame seed – 3 tbsp black sesame seed – 3 tbsp dried onion flake – 3 tbsp dried minced garlic – 2 tbsp poppy seed – 4 tsp flaked salt or coarse sea salt

Prepare all the ingredients.

STEP 1

Combine all the ingredients in a small bowl.

STEP 2

Transfer to an airtight container, mason jar, and store in your pantry.

STEP 3

Sprinkle over bagels, avocado toast, scrambled eggs, salads, roasted veggies, and more.
