KETO DINNER RECIPE
Cut each chicken breast in half lengthwise to form 6 chicken cutlet, then put it in the pan.
Season the chicken, then cook it for 4-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Remove the chicken from the pan, and keep warm.
In the same skillet, add olive oil and cook the mushrooms for 3-4 minutes or until golden brown.
Add the butter and garlic over the mushrooms. Cook until fragrant for 1-2 minutes. Then add the spinach.
Add the chicken broth, heavy cream, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Simmer for 2 minutes until the sauce starts to thicken. – Return the chicken to the sauce and allow to simmer for a minute to heat through.
