Cut the chicken breast into thin strips and season them.

Cook the chicken for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it is no longer pink and cooked through.

In the same skillet, add a bit more olive oil. Add the onion and bell pepper strips to the skillet and cook for about 4-6 minutes. 

Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and stir everything together.

Sprinkle fresh chopped parsley or cilantro over the chicken fajitas for added freshness and flavor.
