INGREDIENTS

– 1 1/2 cups almond flour blanched – 1/2 cup butter melted – 1/2 cup sweetener – 1 large egg – 1 tsp baking powder – 3/4 cup sugar-free chocolate chips – 1/2 tsp xanthan gum – 1 tsp vanilla extract

Melt the butter in the microwave. If your butter is too hot, let it cool down.

STEP 1

Using a blender or a hand mixer combine the butter with the sweetener.

STEP 2

Combine the dry ingredients then add them over the butter mixture.

STEP 3

Add the chocolate chips.

STEP 4

Using your hands form 10-12 balls and place them on a tray lined with parchment paper.

STEP 5

Bake for 10 minutes or until they are beautiful and golden.
