– 3 large eggs – 9 tbsp almond flour  – 3 tbsp melted butter – 1 1/2 tsp oregano – 1 tsp baking powder – 1/4 tsp salt

In a medium bowl, combine all the ingredients for the bread until smooth. Transfer the mixture to a square heatproof glass dish.

Cook in the microwave on high for 3 minutes or until firm to touch

– Prepare the croutons. Chop the bread into 3/4 inch cubes and place them in a large bowl.

Mix them with the topping mixture and bake them for 20 minutes.
