Heat 1 tbsp butter and olive oil in a large pan. Add the pork chops and season them
Sear pork chops for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown. Transfer to a plate and keep warm. Set aside.
Add butter and add onion until slightly golden. slice mushrooms cook until lightly brown
Add minced garlic and the chicken broth.
Add the heavy cream and simmer until cream begins to thicken.
Add pork chops and cover with sauce.
