Keto Mozzarella Sticks

– 16 mozzarella sticks – 2 large eggs  – 1/2 cup almond flour – 2 cups pork rinds  – 1/2 tsp garlic powder – 2 tsp Italian seasoning – salt and pepper  – oil for frying

In a shallow bowl, combine the almond flour, crushed pork rinds, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.

– In a different bowl, whisk the egg.

– Dip each cheese stick in the egg, and then in the almond flour mixture until well coated. Gently press the mixture to ensure it sticks.

– Freeze the mozzarella sticks for at least 2 hours, then fry for 2-3 minutes on each side.
