KETO dessert RECIPE
– 2 cups heavy cream – 6 egg yolk – 6 tbsp erythritol – ¼ tsp sea salt – 1 vanilla bean whole
Scrape out all the seeds from the vanilla bean. Pour the heavy cream into a pot and bring to a boil.
In a medium bowl, add the egg yolks and the sweetener and whisk until combined.
Slowly incorporate the hot cream into the egg yolk mixture and whisk to combine.
Pour the mixture into the six 4-oz ramekins and bake for 30 minutes.
