– 2 tbsp almond flour  – 1 tbsp coconut flour – 1 large egg  – 2 tbsp blueberrie – 1 tbsp melted coconut oil – 2 tbsp granulated sweetener – 1/4 tsp baking powder – 1/2 tsp lemon extract

Start by mixing all the dry ingredients.

Add the wet ingredients over the dry mixture and mix until well combined.

– Fold in the blueberries, then pour the mixture in a microwave safe mug.

– Microwave for about 90 seconds or until the top looks set and a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
