  • Seasonings: I used paprika, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. But you can add your favorite ones as well.
  • Jalapeno Slices – you can skip this ingredient if you are not a fan of spicy food.

How to Make Keto Cheese Chips

Here is how to make the easiest keto cheese chips recipe that is ready in less than 15 minutes:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400F.
  2. Line a large baking sheet with baking paper.
  3. Place dollops (about one tablespoon each) of shredded cheese onto the baking sheet leaving enough space between each pile. They will spread while baking. 
  4. Spread seasonings on each cheese crisp.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 4-6 minutes until the edges start to brown and the cheese chips look golden and crispy.
  6. Allow the cheese chips to cool down for a few minutes, then transfer them to paper towels to soak up the excess fats. Enjoy!
  7. Store them in an airtight container for up to one week.

Tips For Making The Best Gluten-Free Cheese Chips

  • Leave some space between each chip because they will spread while baking.
  • If your chips aren’t golden brown after 10 minutes of baking, you will have to cook them for 2 more minutes or until golden brown.
  • If you want your chips to be extra crisp, you will have to make them thinner.
  • Let the cheese chips cool completely before removing them from the baking tray.
