– Super easy to make using only 5 ingredients. – You can make baked or fried jicama fries. – It’s a healthier alternative to regular fries. – Has a crispy texture.

Wash and peel the jicama

Cut the jicama into thin sticks.

Add the avocado oil, parmesan cheese, paprika, salt, and pepper over the jicama fries.

Mix until well combined.

Spread the jicama fries in a single layer on the baking sheet.

Bake for 20-25 minutes or until crispy.

 Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
